Harlow Estates maintains a maximum of twelve active client relationships at any given time. This is not a policy — it is a standard. Fewer relationships means more attention, faster response, better outcomes.
If we are at capacity, you will be told directly. There is a list. Introductions are made when a slot opens, and not before.
